Timeline Holiday Editing Update

Hi there!

Thank you so much for your patience while I work through my editing queue. The holiday season is one of my busiest times of the year, so I create this page to help you easily check where your session is in the editing process.

Every gallery is carefully hand- edited by me. I never rush through your photos because I want them to be soft, beautiful, timeless, and consistent with the style you chose when booking. Some galleries naturally take longer than others depending on the session size and editing needs and that's completely normal.

Regular Turnaround:

My regular turnaround time is always my goal (24-40 business days) and I'm working as quickly as I can while still delivering the quality you deserve. As we get closer to the holidays, my schedule becomes much busier with fall and Christmas sessions. While I cannot guarantee every gallery will be delivered before the holidays, please know that I am doing everything I possibly can to complete as many galleries as possible before then. I truly understand how special these memories are, especially if you're hoping to use them for holiday cards, gifts, or sharing with family. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as I work through each gallery with the care it deserves.

Expedited galleries:

If you purchased an expedited editing, your session is moved closer to the front of my editing queue. This allows me to prioritize your gallery while still maintaining the same editing quality. I'll do my very best to honor the faster turnaround time that comes with this option.

If you have any questions about your session or gallery, the best way to reach me is by text message. During the busy holiday season, my inbox can become quite full, so I kindly ask for your patience while I respond.

My typical response time is within 24-48 hours during business hours, though it may occasionally take a little longer during peak holiday weeks. Please know that if I'm not responding right away, I'm most likely photographing sessions or editing galleries for my wonderful clients. My current business hours will always be posted on this page, so you'll know when I'm available.
